If the service has started but the final deliverables have not been provided, the refund will be prorated based on the work completed.

Custom reports or financial models are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client.

Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of the service, clients must provide specific reasons and supporting evidence. Our senior consultant team will conduct an internal review to ensure fairness and transparency. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be escalated to arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.
